Our Adjuster Essentials offers the single course you need for your state. For some states, it’s the required pre-licensing course and for others, it is an exam prep course. Either way, the essentials will prepare you to ace your state’s adjuster licensing exam.

• Construction 101 covers how to determine and estimate the type, grade, and quantity of building materials, as well as the basics of the construction process and rooftop assessments and inspections. It was created by a veteran adjuster and is a great precursor to XM8 training.
• The Xactimate Live Webinar will teach you how to work a claim from start to finish so you can hit the ground running when you get assigned those first claims.
• Our Adjuster Success Method course is a new, one-of-a-kind career training webinar. It was created by veteran adjusters who wanted to share what they wished they’d known when they started – everything from how to find work, what tools you’ll need, how to adjust and inspect your first claim, and most importantly, how to set yourself up for a lasting and successful career.

To obtain your Hawaii adjuster license, complete the following steps:

1. Meet the basic Hawaii Adjuster Licensing Requirements

• • Be at least 18 years old
  • If previously convicted of any felony, applicant must request the commissioner’s written consent to engage in the business of insurance

2. Prepare for the state exam with AdjusterPro’s Hawaii Exam Prep course

3. Register for and pass the Hawaii State Exam

• • Register online with PearsonVue
  • The online proctor (take at home) test name is OPAdj14.

4. Process and submit Fingerprints through Fieldprint. Your fingerprints will be valid for 60 days.
Enter the code HI-DCCA-INS to identify the Hawaii Department of Insurance as the recipient of your fingerprints 

5. Apply for your license at NIPR. Submit your completed license application and applicable licensing fee within 60 days of the date of fingerprinting.

6. Check to see if your license has been issued at HDCCA License Search

Hawaii does not grant reciprocal licenses. To become a licensed adjuster in Hawaii, you must pass the state exam.
