In September 2024, Verisk discontinued the free trial of the Xacimate demo, meaning that you can no longer download or access Xactimate software while you train. In place of the demo, Xactimate Certified Trainers have been given a special “trainer instance” to use for teaching courses. These are essentially private portals for training only.
Students who purchase an Xactimate course from AdjusterPro are given access to our private training instance for use during class. Once access is given, links for the Xactimate desktop, online, and mobile versions of the program are sent to the student from Xactware/Verisk. We include instructions for how to access the training instance in your course.
Buying an AdjusterPro course is one of the only ways you can access and actually use the software for training. We’ll be able to walk you through the interface and teach you how to complete tasks in real time so you can learn hands-on, instead of watching someone else work.
