The class was good. The instructor took their time with provided the information well enough that you will be able to retain the information well without writing notes. very patient, and through. I would say that I would like it if we had more cases to write like going out to the property for the first time for a CAT claim, but I think the instructor did a good job with providing the information and answering questions.

Way to much pandering to slow students. What should have taken maybe 15 minutes to learn takes an hour because the class is being dumbed down to that of a 10 year old. “Ok now click (wait 2 minutes) good now drag (wait to more minutes)” and on and on.

  35. Brandon B. (verified owner) –

Very Informative both with the software and real life scenarios. Also, I feel way more comfortable with Xactimate even though beforehand I was terrified it would be too much to learn in 3 days.

  36. Eric G. –

Nadine was awesome. She is a great teacher. We had technical issues and she worked hard to get it fixed for us.

  37. Rodney C. –

Very informative and the trainer took extra time to have some one-on-one time so that you have better understanding of what was going on.

  43. Heriberto C. (verified owner) –

Overall a solid course. The instructor was knowledgeable and the live format kept things structured. Personally, I’d benefit more from a self-paced option with recorded videos I can replay and review at my own pace, but for a live webinar, it delivered well.
