Quick Answer: Is AdjusterPro’s License Tracker Right for Your Team?
AdjusterPro License Tracker is a strong fit for teams that want clearer licensing visibility, less manual work, or a better connection between licensing and AdjusterPro CE. It may not be the best fit if your current process already works well and fits your budget, especially if you rely on your platform to submit license applications or renewals.

The Real Test of Your Licensing Process Is How Quickly You Can Get Answers
Your licensing process may work just fine most days.
Then you need an answer quickly:
- Are all of our adjusters properly licensed for the states where they’re working?
- Who has a license renewal coming up?
- Does anyone still need CE? (Can I assign it efficiently?)
- Are the right Florida appointments in place?
- Is there a licensing issue we need to flag for the team?
How quickly you can answer these questions tells you how efficient your licensing compliance process is.
Maybe your team is piecing that answer together through spreadsheets, NIPR, state systems, and other records. Or maybe you already use license-tracking software and wonder whether switching platforms would improve things.
Regardless, adopting a new system is only worthwhile if it addresses a gap in your existing workflow.
At AdjusterPro, we’ve spent decades helping adjusters get licensed and stay compliant. Many of us have worked as adjusters ourselves, and today we support licensing prep and compliance needs across all 50 states and serve 17 of the top 25 insurance carriers. We have seen firsthand what it takes to manage licensing compliance at scale.
But we also know License Tracker is not the right fit for every team. If your current process is accurate, easy to manage, affordable, and gives you the visibility and workflows you need, staying with what you have may be the better choice.

How Does AdjusterPro’s License Tracker Help Your Team Manage Compliance?
AdjusterPro License Tracker gives your team one place to monitor licensing information across your workforce, including license status, upcoming renewals, CE information, appointments, and other items that need attention. It makes that information easier to find, monitor, and act on in a timely, cost-efficient way. Your team does not have to piece together the full picture across multiple places.
Your team still owns the licensing process. License Tracker helps you see what is happening across your workforce, identify what needs attention, and get that information to the right team when action is needed.

Quick Fit Test
Could License Tracker be a good fit for your organization? Answer six quick questions to find out.
When Is AdjusterPro’s License Tracker a Good Fit for Your Team?
In short, AdjusterPro License Tracker is a good fit if your team has to check multiple systems, look up employees one at a time, or manually monitor license renewals, CE requirements, appointments, and other compliance needs, and the time or cost of doing that is a concern.
License Tracker is a good fit if:
- Your licensing information is spread across several places. Your team has to check spreadsheets, NIPR, state systems, or other records to get the full picture.
- Your process depends on manual work. Finding an answer means looking up employees one at a time, comparing records, or repeatedly checking information.
- Upcoming licensing needs are not easy to see in one place. Your team has to actively check for license renewals, CE requirements, appointments, or other issues that need attention.
- The time or cost of your current process is a concern. A process can work and still leave room for a more efficient or cost-effective option.
- You already use AdjusterPro for education or CE and want more of your licensing information in the same platform. License Tracker shows the status of key licensing requirements, and if your team completes CE through AdjusterPro, that CE activity appears alongside your other licensing information.
If several of these describe your current process, License Tracker is built to give your team a clearer view of what is happening across your licensed workforce and help you get to what needs attention faster.
When Is AdjusterPro’s License Tracker Not a Good Fit for Your Team?
In short, License Tracker may not be a good fit if your current process already gives you clear licensing information without a lot of manual work or cost, or if switching would disrupt a workflow your team relies on.
Staying with your current process may make sense if:
- Your licensing information is already clear and easy to access. Your team can get the full picture without checking several systems or records. This can include a spreadsheet if it works well for your team.
- Your process does not depend on a lot of manual work. Your team can find answers without repeated individual lookups or comparing information across records.
- Upcoming licensing needs are easy to see. Renewals, CE requirements, appointments, and other issues that need attention are easy to identify and follow up on.
- The time and cost of your current process work for your team. You are comfortable with what you spend to manage licensing across your workforce.
- You rely on your current platform to submit license applications or renewals. License Tracker does not currently support submitting applications or renewals through the platform.
If several of these describe your current process, there may not be a strong reason to switch. A new platform should solve a real problem or create a meaningful improvement.
How Much Does AdjusterPro’s License Tracker Cost?
Current License Tracker pricing ranges from $4 to $6 per person, per month, based on the size of your team.
Price matters, and so does what you get for that price. When you compare license tracking options, look at the monthly cost alongside the time your team spends finding information, checking records, and managing licensing work manually.
If you find a lower price elsewhere but prefer what you see in License Tracker, talk with us before you rule an option out. We are happy to take a look at what you are comparing and have an open conversation about pricing.
That does not mean we can promise to match every price. It means price can be part of the conversation, just like features, workflow, and fit.
What Should You Compare If You Already Use License Tracking Software?
If you already use license tracking software, compare the areas where License Tracker would actually change your team’s day-to-day work. A longer feature list alone is not a good reason to switch.
A few areas are especially worth looking at:
1. Florida appointment visibility.
Florida adjuster appointment information is not reported through NIPR, so AdjusterPro pulls that information separately from Florida and brings it into License Tracker.
During beta testing, one organization used License Tracker and found employees who were missing Florida appointments. Those gaps had not been visible in the system the organization was already using to track licensing.
2. The connection to AdjusterPro CE.
If your organization already uses AdjusterPro for CE, License Tracker brings that experience closer to your licensing information. Managers can see available CE progress and connect employees to relevant AdjusterPro coursework when needed.
3. The day-to-day experience.
Beta users responded positively to the interactive map, the ability to drill into an issue, and having fewer places to look for information. One beta customer described the difference as no longer needing “five, six, seven, 10 tabs open” to find what they needed.
The goal is not to switch platforms just because License Tracker does something differently. Compare the differences that would actually make your team’s work easier, clearer, or more efficient.
What Should You Do Before Switching to AdjusterPro’s License Tracker?
If License Tracker looks like a good fit for your team, the next step is to compare it with your current process.
Bring us your current workflow. We can show you what License Tracker would add, what it would simplify, and what would still stay with your team.
