What is the Happiness Score, and where does it come from?
After every interaction with our Customer Engagement team, the person (student or not) is invited to rate their experience through our customer service platform. They can choose Great, Okay, or Not Good, and optionally provide written feedback. Our Happiness Score represents the percentage of students who selected Great and is calculated from nearly 9,000 responses collected over the past three years.
Why do some reviews mention customer support instead of the course?
Some reviews focus on the learning experience, while others highlight interactions with our Customer Engagement team. We include both because we believe great education includes great support before, during, and after your course.
