Sometimes the instruction should be clearer and provided real world examples.

All the emphasis on coverage symbols, and then no mention of that in the final exam? That was frustrating. In addition, in real world adjusting, you always work off the policy language or risk making unwarranted assumptions. This module, with the coverage symbols and such, would have been a good opportunity to teach/reinforce that.

The course is excellent. The processes, not so much. First of all, there was no advance warning of the need for a proctor. That should be clearly disclosed when the course is purchased, and self-proctoring software should be offered and utilized. Fortunately, I had someone available to proctor, but that was just dumb luck. In addition, the course quiz included questions on material that was not part of the course. I took a flood course. Why would there be questions about comparative and contributory negligence? So 5/5 on the course material, 1/5 on the rest.
