Arkansas adjuster candidates must take an approved pre-licensing course and pass an exam before applying for their license. Our Arkansas Adjuster Pre-licensing Course satisfies both requirements. The content in this course was curated based on the topics listed in the state exam outline to ensure you have the most current and accurate information you need to pass. We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70% but if you don’t on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider.     Course needs to have actual policy material. Questions are too generic and confusing. They have nothing to do with actually being an adjuster. Needs more hands on with policies to show where to look and how the policy works. Make the course material feel like you’re in the field and not just a student.

    It was intense, but I got it done. The material was easy to follow and flowed very well. There were some times where it felt almost TOO broken up (like the intro video to the lesson sometimes had important info and sometimes was just “we’re going to learn about this”). Other than those minor things I felt incredibly prepared for the exam.
