Description
As a property claims adjuster, you must be able to accurately identify construction materials and components in order to write accurate damage estimates. In this course, we’ll walk you through the major components of a residential kitchen, namely, the cabinets and countertops. We’ll go over some cabinetry terminology and different material components as well as how to determine the quality of different cabinet parts. We’ll also look at different kinds of countertop materials and show you how to take proper measurements when you’re estimating a kitchen. Finally, we’ll also look at some of the different components and styles of interior trim.
