Description
As a property claims adjuster, you must be able to accurately identify construction materials and components in order to write accurate damage estimates. In this course, we’ll walk you through some of the different types of residential building roofs, siding, and veneers. We’ll go over how to identify the material components and various styles of roofs, as well as what goes into installing and repairing roofs so that you can properly estimate damages in Xactimate. We’ll also look at the material components, styles, and some repairability factors to consider for exterior wall finishes and masonry veneers.
