NEW 2025: Georgia recently changed their insurance adjuster pre-licensing requirements. The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     Some of the information is presented in a confusing manner. There should be an overview of all types of insurance upfront and how they are similar and different to set the stage for the full course content.

    Frankly this class was embarrassing. Several of the classes are out of order. Most of the classes have us take the quiz and then the class follows. The PDF formats are embarrassing and the handouts lack sufficient helpful diagrams. The question that bothers me the most is about the difference between a furnace and an AC. The furnace not not heat and cool, you are attempting to talk about a heat pump. There are many errors in the instruction and even a novice like myself were able to identify them. Do better.
