System issues were the only problem that I had. I did all of the Pre-Class activities and did not have any issues. I had issues with Microsoft Windows settings and program updates. The Verisk support team did a wonderful getting me back up and running, but the issues came up 3 times. One was opening “Sketch”. another was creating a folder in “Estimate Items” and the other was opening the Print Preview in “Reports”. Maybe a few more steps in the Pre-Class that included opening each section could have avoided the disruption during the Class.
Otherwise, it was very well done! Abbie was very helpful and knowledgeable.

For the amount of information and topics this course provided, it seemed overwhelming at first. Thank god for their study bank and flashcards. I was still pretty weak in some areas and just decided to write down all the flash cards and quiz questions that I was having trouble with.
