Don’t Just Pass the State Exam; Launch your Career!
Obtaining your license is just the first step to becoming a successful insurance adjuster in Hawaii. To truly hit the ground running, you need to master the software, understand construction, and know how to navigate complex policyholder interactions. Our Hawaii Total Adjuster Package was developed to bridge the gap between passing the exam and closing claims. Save almost $300 off individual pricing when you bundle your Exam Prep Course, Xactimate Training, Residential Construction Basics, Soft Skills: The Art of Insurance Adjusting, and our Adjuster Success Method.
Note: After purchase, all of these courses will be available in your personal online classroom. We highly recommend you take them in the order they are listed below. While our Xactimate course is approved for CE in certain states, you must hold a valid license before taking any course you intend to submit for continuing education credit.
1. Hawaii Insurance Adjuster Exam Prep Course (40 Hours)
Start your adjuster journey here. Before applying for your Hawaii adjuster license, you’ll need to pass the state’s licensing exam. Our Hawaii Exam Prep Course is designed to help you do just that, while also providing a strong foundational understanding of the insurance adjusting industry.
This online course includes full access to our Smart Pass Toolkit, which features smart quizzes, unlimited practice exams, and exam-readiness reporting, all tailored to help you pass with confidence. We recommend achieving 90% or higher on your practice exams before registering to take the state exam.
2. Residential Construction Basics (4 Hours)
You can’t estimate what you don’t understand. This course covers foundations, different structures and materials, exterior and interior components, and mechanical and electrical systems. We recommend taking this course before you attend your Xactimate class, as it will help you make the most of the software training.
3. Tactical Xactimate Training (3-Night Live Webinar, 12 Hours)
Learn the industry’s most popular software from Xactimate Certified Trainer, Nadine Bisson. By the end of this live training, you’ll be able to write a rock-solid, accurate estimate from start to finish, utilizing the “Sketch” tool. The course will also prepare you to pass Verisk’s Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certification Exams. (Looks great on your resume!) You can choose your date anytime after purchase – there’s no deadline to decide. Multiple dates are available, with new options added on a regular basis.
4. Soft Skills: The Essential Art of Adjusting (4 Hours)
Technical skills build estimates, but soft skills close claims and keep clients happy. Learn how to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and navigate complex interactions with policyholders to resolve claims smoothly and professionally.
5. The Adjuster Success Method (4 Hours)
Don’t just get a license, set yourself up for a successful career. Veteran adjusters share best practices for getting hired, what tools you’ll need to get the job done, and explain what to expect and how to successfully close your first claims in this one-of-a-kind training course.
If you’re serious about becoming a successful insurance adjuster, look no further. Our award-winning support team of real people will be available at every step to answer questions or provide help when you need it.

The state specific sections was only reading. There was no worksheet, no fast facts and no interaction.

It was a good class but the questions on the test were overall pretty different.

Overall, the course was good and prepared me well for the exam. The course content was far more in depth than the questions on the test I took, and I feel the course gave me a good understanding of the tested material and additional information necessary to hit the ground running as an adjuster. I would like to see more practice test questions, including multiple variations of questions for each concept and sub-concept. In sum though, I would recommend this course to others.

Have quite a few feedback ideas. Please reach out to my email on file if you would actually like to hear them with the intent to make change.
I had to supplement SO MUCH of my learning by utilizing videos from the “insurance exam queen”.
So, while in the beginning I used this as my primary resource, I did have to transition to supplemental learning due to how blandly these topics were presented.

The voice-over reading should change from voice to voice and add some videos and stick to what is actually going to be on the exam

I took the test twice. Both times there were several questions that I didn’t know the answers to and couldn’t find them in this course

The product was certainly good enough for me to pass my exam, which was what I needed.

The course was very thorough. I had already passed the insurance producer exam a year earlier and a lot of it was repetitive so I wish there was a way to increase the speed that the slides were read. I took the practice exam 4 times and got scores of 78, 72, 75 and 79. I studied the questions I missed from each of those and then passed the actual exam on the first try.

I was a little disappointed in the fact that the workers compensation portion of this course was very small I spent hours learning about property and casualty which was not in the scope of what I was even testing for. There was one small section on workers compensation I felt a little duped that I paid $179 for something that was not too relevant to the state exam, I did not feel it prepared me enough to feel comfortable. I took the practice exam over and over hoping to get new questions related to workers comp and most of the exam questions covered property and casualty claims and adjusting those which is very different than workers comp.

I thought your questions were better than New York’s. Their questions were really lame. I was expecting more math problems and thoughtfulness, but instead they asked boring questions, like which insurance covers what. Your curriculum really prepared me. I read online some people have worked in the industry for 10 years and only got an 85 on it. It wasn’t as hard as I thought, which is great, since that means you guys really prepared me. Thanks for the great course!

I give credit to AdjusterPro for preparing me for the WV adjuster exam. I am certain that I would not have been able to pass the exam if I had not invested a nominal amount of money for a wealth of information. The AdjusterPro exam prep curriculum was organized and easy to follow. Thank you AdjusterPro!

The course was overall very useful. I want to share a few issues I had: I was not able to use headphones with the course at any point, the sound level throughout the course was so varying and at times was barely audible even at full volume, the course often times out while taking a quiz and then you have to do the work twice (this is especially true on the games/activities at the end of the chapters). The overall user interface could be improved as it is limited. The study bank could be improved to give better feedback on the topics that are proving difficult or the practice exam could have a better review and feedback based on attempts and which areas or sections need further study.
