    The course provided a sufficient amount of information for someone new to the industry. There are a handful of errors/revisions that I think are in the course and it may not hurt to have someone go thru it all to find them. Overall it helped to prepare me along with a few other study tools/books I used.

    the videos should be a little more upbeat. its very hard to retain the info.. I watched a lady on youtube named the insurance queen. And her FREE short videos were way more impactful than some of the videos here.

    Data types inconsistent. Some you have to read and others are narrated. Besides that, everything is good.

    need more state specific information and also i had to learn things that aren’t in the exam I am taking including auto. Maybe separate that.

    I had a positive experience with the course and found the material and practice exams very helpful in preparing for the Connecticut All-Lines Adjuster exam. There were a few topics and questions on the actual exam that I did not remember seeing covered in much detail in the course, so adding more Connecticut-specific material and a wider variety of practice questions could make the course even better. Overall, the course played a major role in helping me prepare for and pass the exam.
