We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70%, but if you don’t do it on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. The only criticism I would have it the repetitiveness of some content and others that felt un-needed and excessive, though that could be a positive as well.

    I preferred the slideshows to reading, but didn’t always love using the audio. More often than not, I preferred to mute the audio and read the slideshows. I found that sometimes I was missing some content by doing this, since there was extra information being provided in the audio. Perhaps adding closed captioning below the slides could be helpful for anyone who may want to switch between audio and silent mode.
