We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70%, but if you don’t do it on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider. However, my primary critique involves the pacing and structural redundancy. Several sections felt unnecessarily drawn out because the body paragraphs used virtually identical wording as the module summaries. Streamlining these overlapping sections and reserving summaries for concise recaps would significantly improve readability and engagement, all while preserving the high quality of instruction.
