We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the included adjuster exam. You must pass the exam with a 70%, but if you don’t do it on your first try, don’t fret. We’ll let you retake it a few more times at no extra charge. Once you pass, you are ready to submit your adjuster application to the state. You do not need to take another test through a testing provider. Instructions for how to apply for your license will be provided at the end of your course.

    In order to better retain information, this course should include simulations of the adjustment process. This will allow students to use the information learned in “real time” and get a better grasp on the curriculum since it is so much information to digest.

    The modules need bookmarks per slide, because often times while watching and interacting with the module it “times out” for inactivity and resets the whole module over. Meaning you lose your entire work of watching and then have to rewatch the modules.

    Course was very informative, however the quiz questions were a bit misleading. There were quite a few that had more than 1 correct answer, and some were meant to confuse you on purpose.

    The TX-specific portions should be guided. It was brutal trying to write down and memorize 20+ pages of information without quizes or guided reading.

    I thought the course was very ridge and vigorous. I enjoyed the lay out an flow of the whole course. The practice exam questions were good but need a little more variety.

    you guys made it to where i had to actually learn the information. i have a hard time with learning because i tend to skip through stuff. with you not allowing me to skip through information it made me realize i might as well learn the information if i have to watch through the full course anyways, however i think you should add read button on the articals we have to read ourselves. it makes it hard when i ha
