You bought the AdjusterPro Xactimate Webinar. Since it’s a live class, you may wonder: Do I just wait for the first session to begin?
Not quite, and that’s actually one of the best parts of the course.
This webinar is not designed for you to simply watch an instructor click through Xactimate while you try to follow along from the sidelines. Instead, you’ll be working inside Xactimate yourself, operating in the platform the way an adjuster would.
That hands-on experience is what makes the training valuable. But it also means there are a few important setup steps to complete before class begins.
Before your first live session, we walk you through a simple setup process inside your AdjusterPro classroom. You’ll access Xactimate, create the project you’ll use during class, and make sure you’re ready to participate when the webinar starts.
You are not expected to figure this out on your own. Your classroom gives you the setup steps in order, and our team is here to help students get ready for each webinar if questions come up.
By the end of this article, you’ll know exactly what to complete before class starts so you can avoid last-minute issues and feel ready to work in Xactimate on day one.
Quick answer: After you purchase AdjusterPro’s Xactimate Webinar, your next step is to log into your AdjusterPro classroom and follow the setup path in your Xactimate Webinar course. You’ll create your Verisk account, access Xactimate, prepare your class project, and register for your webinar dates.

What Should You Do Right After Buying AdjusterPro’s Xactimate Webinar?
After you purchase the course, log in to your AdjusterPro classroom and start the pre-class activities.
For a little context, we have seen some students purchase the course, think they are done, and be unprepared when they jump into a project in the first 5 minutes of the webinar.
We prepare you before the webinar even starts. Once you log into your AdjusterPro classroom, you’ll see the setup steps that guide you through accessing Xactimate, preparing your class project, and registering for your first live session. And if you run into a question along the way, our team is here to help.
Think of purchase as step 1.
The classroom setup is step 2.
The live webinar is step 3.
Once you’re inside the classroom, you’ll see the steps you need to complete before your first session.
How Does AdjusterPro Help You Get Ready Before Class?
Inside your AdjusterPro classroom, you’ll find a step-by-step setup path that helps you get ready before the webinar begins. These steps are there so you can spend the live class focused on learning Xactimate, not trying to find links, create accounts, or open your project at the last minute.
To get ready for class, your classroom will guide you through these steps: 1. Create your Verisk account 2. Submit the correct account email 3. Check your system requirements 4. Choose the desktop or online version of Xactimate 5. Download the exercise book 6. Watch the project creation video 7. Create your class project 8. Register for your class dates
The project creation video is especially important. It shows you how to create the project you will use in class.
It also explains an extension that online users need to install so the online version of Xactimate works correctly. If you plan to use Xactimate online instead of the desktop version, complete this step before class. This helps make sure you can open your project and follow along during the live webinar.
Note: You register for your webinar dates inside your AdjusterPro course. This is one of the pre-class steps you need to complete after purchase. After that step is complete, students receive webinar access information.
One final step after class: To get your completion certificate and any CE credit (if CE applies in your state), go back to your course in your AdjusterPro classroom and complete the Attendance Attestation and Reporting step. (But remember, you can only receive CE credit after you have obtained your license.)
How Long Does It Take To Get Ready For The Xactimate Webinar?
We recommend starting your setup at least 48 hours before your first live class, especially if you need AdjusterPro to provide access to Xactimate for the webinar.
The actual setup steps may take about one hour to complete. However, your Xactimate training access can take up to 48 hours to be provisioned after you submit your Verisk account email. For example, if you submit your email late on a Friday, your access may not be ready until the following business day.
You’ll also need to register for your class dates before registration closes. Registration closes on Sunday night before your selected class session begins, so waiting until the last minute can create problems.
The best approach is to begin your setup as soon as you get into your AdjusterPro classroom.
That gives you time to:
- Create your Verisk account
- Submit the correct account email
- Wait for your Xactimate access
- Download your exercise book
- Create your class project
- Register for your webinar dates
You do not need to master Xactimate before class. The goal is simply to make sure you can log in and open the project you’ll use during the webinar.
Once those pieces are in place, you’ll be ready to follow along when the live session begins.
What Happens After Your Pre-Class Work Is Complete?
You will receive a webinar email that includes the button or link you’ll use to join the class.
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email from AdjusterPro Instructor with the webinar ‘Join’ link to click to join the webinar.
A good rule of thumb: find your webinar email before class starts and keep the join link handy, so getting into the live session is easy.
How Do You Know You Are Ready For The First Night Of Class?
You are ready for the first session when you can log in to Xactimate and open the project you created for class. That is the simplest readiness test.
Before class begins, your goal is not to master Xactimate on your own; it’s simply to make sure you can access the program, open your project, and follow along with your instructor click for click when the webinar begins.
We don’t want you to feel on your own as you prepare. If you have questions before class or run into trouble getting set up, reach out early so we can point you to the right support before the live session begins. That way, once class starts, you can focus on learning Xactimate instead of trying to fix setup issues.
Also, make sure you are using the desktop or online version of Xactimate. (The mobile app does not match what is taught in class.)
That preparation matters because this course is hands-on. You are not just watching someone else use Xactimate; you get to practice in Xactimate yourself, following along as if you were working as an adjuster.
Learning Xactimate is much easier when the setup pieces are already handled. Give yourself time before class, follow the classroom steps, and make sure your project is ready.
That way, when the first session starts, you can focus on learning, practicing, and asking questions.
If you are already enrolled, log in to your AdjusterPro classroom and complete your setup steps before your first webinar session. Once your setup is complete, you’ll be ready to focus on learning Xactimate instead of troubleshooting technology on the first night.
