NEW 2025: Georgia recently changed their insurance adjuster pre-licensing requirements. The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     It was great. I really liked the study bank and the amount of tests and quizes available throughout the curriculum to help practice my knowledge and understanding of the material. The only thing I disliked was the time it took. It was advertised as a 40-hour course, but it look longer than that. The “time to complete” part of each module/section was also misleading. An activity/module would say 9 min to complete, but it would actually take like double the time.

    The instructor was extremely knowledgeable, however I feel that with some areas of instruction, the instructor went off on a “bunny trail” and make presenting the subject matter a little lengthly. Coupled with all of the technical difficulties of others, it drug the class out. Other than that, the class was great and I learned a lot.
