NEW 2025: Georgia recently changed their insurance adjuster pre-licensing requirements. The new update states that adjusters must take an approved 16-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license.     the use of abrevations in the course with out defining them during the course is often confusing. the additions of defining the abrevations in each module would be helpful to set the information for the student.

    There are typographical errors and unclear questions with no full outline of a scenario that could provide the answer to a question and where the explanation afterward provides detail that was missing in the question. Overall educational but needs review for errors.

    I would recommend that the slide shows follow the audio better you. You miss a lot of valuable information unless you are reading the worksheets while listening to the audio

    Make it a little easier to search certian aspects or failed questions to know what you need to work on. Like in the Practice exam, you could see what questions were related to the specific topic to know what you needed to study more in.

    I like the information provided. It was very straight forward and easy to use. I think the exiting out of the modules was a little hindering. Maybe don’t break them down so small so the course moves smoother.

    Course was a little difficult to navigate in the beginning, due to unfamiliarity. After rereading the navigational instructions and more experience, it became easier to navigate. Just like the information that I had to absorb.
