    I have an AIC…I might have passed the test just going straight there and taking it, but this was good for a refresher. It won’t help sell courses, but it was only $40 to take the exam…and I might have bought back some hours. The sad thing is I don’t need any of it except residential for adjusting…but it did deepen my knowledge, and was interactive, and useful.

    I APPRECIATE THIS COURSE ALOT, HOWEVER IT WAS A BIT DRAINING. OFTEN TIMES I HAD TO STOP THE COURSE AND RESTART TO REMAIN FOCUSED.

    The class was good. The instructor took their time with provided the information well enough that you will be able to retain the information well without writing notes. very patient, and through. I would say that I would like it if we had more cases to write like going out to the property for the first time for a CAT claim, but I think the instructor did a good job with providing the information and answering questions.

    The course provided a sufficient amount of information for someone new to the industry. There are a handful of errors/revisions that I think are in the course and it may not hurt to have someone go thru it all to find them. Overall it helped to prepare me along with a few other study tools/books I used.

    the videos should be a little more upbeat. its very hard to retain the info.. I watched a lady on youtube named the insurance queen. And her FREE short videos were way more impactful than some of the videos here.

    You should work on the New York content and make it as the rest: segmented, in slides with narrator
