The three day instructor Nadine was amazing, she was very knowledgeable in all areas and made the classes flow seamlessly.     I think the course, overall, was fantastic. I will say that there was a lot of information that i studied heavily that weren’t even tested. My test had a lot of LA insurance regulations and basic theory and I had been studying the specifics for everything like particular exclusions and specific numbers for coverage but my test, overall, was very surface level. There were at least 10 questions about Unfair Settlement Practices.

    please get rid of the AI voices used to cut cost. they put you to sleep and its hard to stay focused

    It was a very interesting course. I would recommend focusing 70% on the SKETCH Area and 30% on the ESTIMATE Area.
