    the videos should be a little more upbeat. its very hard to retain the info.. I watched a lady on youtube named the insurance queen. And her FREE short videos were way more impactful than some of the videos here.

    Data types inconsistent. Some you have to read and others are narrated. Besides that, everything is good.

    need more state specific information and also i had to learn things that aren’t in the exam I am taking including auto. Maybe separate that.

    I had a positive experience with the course and found the material and practice exams very helpful in preparing for the Connecticut All-Lines Adjuster exam. There were a few topics and questions on the actual exam that I did not remember seeing covered in much detail in the course, so adding more Connecticut-specific material and a wider variety of practice questions could make the course even better. Overall, the course played a major role in helping me prepare for and pass the exam.

    Way to much pandering to slow students. What should have taken maybe 15 minutes to learn takes an hour because the class is being dumbed down to that of a 10 year old. “Ok now click (wait 2 minutes) good now drag (wait to more minutes)” and on and on.

    sound was not consistent – it would go low and then high. Clicking through each little subsection is time consuming.

    The course was a mix of fairly common sense questions that you might be able to answer without much prep, and a few very tricky questions that would take a lot of study or industry knowledge to answer.
