    I like when there’s an automated person reading. I don’t like reading long articles unless it’s a story. I actually skipped some of the readings that I had to read myself or have my device read it for me.
    There was also a couple of topics that was on the exam that’s not in the study material.

    The part where you laid out all the Michigan specific it wasn’t the same as the rest of the course I thought if you could streamline those better instead of having us read a whole bunch of stuff that had a lot to do with the test and because it was kind of different learning, it was a little more difficult other than that it was good.

    this course was very in depth and I feel as though it could be scaled back a bit to not be as overwhelming for preparing for the test.

    It seems someone got lazy near the end if the course and stopped doing slides and just put reading material in there

    It should be a person recorded teaching the information opposed to just someone talking. Visualization helps.

    The state specific sections was only reading. There was no worksheet, no fast facts and no interaction.

    Overall, the course was good and prepared me well for the exam. The course content was far more in depth than the questions on the test I took, and I feel the course gave me a good understanding of the tested material and additional information necessary to hit the ground running as an adjuster. I would like to see more practice test questions, including multiple variations of questions for each concept and sub-concept. In sum though, I would recommend this course to others.

    Have quite a few feedback ideas. Please reach out to my email on file if you would actually like to hear them with the intent to make change.

    I had to supplement SO MUCH of my learning by utilizing videos from the “insurance exam queen”.

    So, while in the beginning I used this as my primary resource, I did have to transition to supplemental learning due to how blandly these topics were presented.

    The voice-over reading should change from voice to voice and add some videos and stick to what is actually going to be on the exam

    I took the test twice. Both times there were several questions that I didn’t know the answers to and couldn’t find them in this course
