Very good overview of the process from start to finish. As a newly licensed adjuster, I know what the elements of a good adjuster are, and this will help to start with good habits.

Everything was great and all. I am just totally lost on the part where room inspection occurred. What were all those numbers and how did he know the material. Just lost me totally there.

So far so good. I liked how these three parts of the Adjuster Success Method were no longer that 2 minutes. The shorter module time helps to stay focused on the material and get through the material fairly quickly.
