Description
If you’re interested in becoming a public adjuster in Florida, it’s important to understand the licensing process, as it differs slightly from the standard licensing procedures. You can review the entire process below, or read our How to Become a Florida Public Adjuster blog for more details.
Our Florida Certified Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course fulfills the first step in becoming a public adjuster: getting your Florida 6-20 license.
Florida adjusters must take an approved 40-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license. Once you complete our course and pass the included exam, you are qualified to apply for your Florida 6-20 license. No additional testing or coursework is required. After fulfilling the additional public adjuster requirements, you can then move on to getting your 3-20 license.
Your course includes:
- Florida Certified Adjuster Pre-Licensing (Course #96558)
- Florida Adjuster Exam
- AdjusterPro Smart Pass Toolkit
– Smart Quizzes (Target Weak Spots)
– Unlimited Practice Exams (Go In Fully Prepared)
– Performance Dashboard (Track Progress)
– Exam Readiness Reporting (Identify Strengths & Weaknesses)
– Flexible Study Tools (Learn Your Way)
– Lifetime Access (No Completion Deadline)
Our course is 100% online and self-paced, so you can study on demand via your computer or mobile device. The content in this course was curated based on the topics listed in the state exam outline to ensure you have the most current and accurate information you need to pass. You’ll get unlimited access to the learning modules and practice exams, so take as long as you need. Your course access will not expire. We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the state adjuster exam.
We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much you’ll enjoy our course. It’s easy to navigate, covers a wide range of topics, offers quizzes after each module to test your knowledge in real time, and even has a few corny jokes thrown in to keep you on your toes. Our classroom features were designed to help you truly understand, learn, and retain the material so you’re ready to ace that state exam!

Some questions could be worded better. Double and triple negatives are unnecessary. A few were opinion. “If numbers are very far apart, Should you check your numbers or send it to mediation?” The first thing I will do is try to understand what I am missing, or what are they including that shouldn’t be. 5 minutes could save weeks in legal nonsense.
Overall, well presented and very good.

The light blue font is more difficult to see than some color that is darker. I suggest tweaking the font to make it darker.

Excellent set up of course work. I was able to easily maneuver through the modules. Very detailed information. I loved the details and explanations when you get a question incorrect. It helps you to understand why the choice was incorrect. I loved how I could take my time to complete the course. I have to work a full time job and didn’t have much free time for anything. I was able to study and use the course’s resources to really understand the subjects. Another thing I liked is if you have a question they respond Rey quickly! I would recommend Adjustor Pro if someone is seeking to go into insurance adjusting. Especially someone with a family or can’t be restricted to a time frame to complete the course. You can study and go back and review at your leisure to make sure you fully understand each subject.
