Description
If you’re interested in becoming a public adjuster in Florida, it’s important to understand the licensing process, as it differs slightly from the standard licensing procedures. You can review the entire process below, or read our How to Become a Florida Public Adjuster blog for more details.
Our Florida Certified Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course fulfills the first step in becoming a public adjuster: getting your Florida 6-20 license.
Florida adjusters must take an approved 40-hour pre-licensing course and pass the state’s insurance adjuster exam to get their license. Once you complete our course and pass the included exam, you are qualified to apply for your Florida 6-20 license. No additional testing or coursework is required. After fulfilling the additional public adjuster requirements, you can then move on to getting your 3-20 license.
Your course includes:
- Florida Certified Adjuster Pre-Licensing (Course #96558)
- Florida Adjuster Exam
- AdjusterPro Smart Pass Toolkit
– Smart Quizzes (Target Weak Spots)
– Unlimited Practice Exams (Go In Fully Prepared)
– Performance Dashboard (Track Progress)
– Exam Readiness Reporting (Identify Strengths & Weaknesses)
– Flexible Study Tools (Learn Your Way)
– Lifetime Access (No Completion Deadline)
Our course is 100% online and self-paced, so you can study on demand via your computer or mobile device. The content in this course was curated based on the topics listed in the state exam outline to ensure you have the most current and accurate information you need to pass. You’ll get unlimited access to the learning modules and practice exams, so take as long as you need. Your course access will not expire. We recommend you spend enough time on the course to consistently achieve a 90% or higher on all the quizzes and practice exams before taking the state adjuster exam.
We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how much you’ll enjoy our course. It’s easy to navigate, covers a wide range of topics, offers quizzes after each module to test your knowledge in real time, and even has a few corny jokes thrown in to keep you on your toes. Our classroom features were designed to help you truly understand, learn, and retain the material so you’re ready to ace that state exam!

- During this apprenticeship period, you must have a $50,000 surety bond.
- After completing your apprenticeship, you must take and pass the 3-20 Public Adjuster exam with PearsonVue.
- You will need a $50,000 surety bond to cover the license period.
- Apply for the 3-20 Florida Public Adjuster License.

Im excited to get my license and feel a lot better that it’s finished. I feel as though the information is redundant and more information is on here that id not necessary! I answered way more questions from the quiz compared to the final exam. the learning voice or activities could be more engageing somehow. it took me about 3+ months to finish. Ultimately, I was not determined enough but the reality is if the course were bit more interactive and engaging I would have had a little more interest to do so. If the youth is the future, these courses should cater to us to be a little more appealing not just reading reading reading. aLL IN ALL… I”M THANKFUL. THANK YOU

I liked the course however when I took the final I felt like I didn’t know anything. I would suggest 2 things: 1) the ability to start back where you left off during any test/exam, and 2) more in-depth explanations for the correct answers with ability to go directly to the text in course and video to site the information.

The homeowners/dwelling sections and crop sections aren’t organized well. Many of the words and specific phrasing used to define terms are not used exactly in examples or quize questions. It isn’t easy to understand with zero prior knowledge and could be simplified better.

Eh, it was ok.
Educationally, it did what it needed to. The study material/functions I’d say were the best and most helpful.
But the video material was painful, sounded like listening to a robot half the time, and the multiple different voices switching back and forth randomly were even worse. As well as there were many typos and grammatical errors on everything from the course material to the quizzes and glossaries. As well as even some of the questions on the final exam had typos or just did not make sense… and not just because it was a test.
Might want to get that errors and omissions endorsement. lol
All in all, decent I guess.
