    I am just getting into adjusting. However, I grew up in a family of contractors and I feel that I wanted to take this course just to get a good feel of residential construction and get first hand knowledge of the true names of objects, materials and etc. I knew about some of the things but from hearing the proper name of it makes a difference. Great start to becoming an adjuster.

    Some of the information is presented in a confusing manner. There should be an overview of all types of insurance upfront and how they are similar and different to set the stage for the full course content.
