    The printed materials were well organized and helpful as a resource when studying. I did find that the presentation and slides could benefit from improvement. The narration felt very “automated” which made it harder to stay engaged with the material. Incorporating more live or instructor-led-elements could make a significant differenc in keeping students interested and helping reinforce key concepts. Additionally, the length and density of the content made it challenging at times, especially when covering topics that do not feel directly applicable to day-to-day adjusting work. Streamlining or prioritizing the most relevant material could improve the overall learning experience. Given the cost of the course, an updated and more engaging presentation format would add considerable value.

    was kind of struggling till I found someone on YouTube to explain how a lot of this works I guess id say that sometimes the course sound is almost to monotone or teaches in ways not meant to make you remember

    Nadine was great. My head just feels like its exploding with information. 4 hour days is a lot to digest at once. It gave a good basis for further learning for sure.

    The study bank was extremely useful. The transcript for the modules had multiple errors in it and should be reviewed for accuracy. Overall, course was informative and useful.

    So I feel like it was a decent beginner class but not executed the best. A lot of people had issues or would interrupt a bunch because they didn’t understand something the instructor was going over. So I didn’t feel like i actually learned that much and having 30ish days to continue to practice with is not a lot of time to get comfortable with the software. Overall its not bad but maybe limit the amount of people per class or double check that people have a basic understanding of what’s going on so they don’t keep holding up the class and slowing the rest down. I would either want to take the class again or get an extension on the time we are allowed to practice with Xactimate to really get comfortable with it.
