    The instructor is nice and patient. I have never had any experience with Xactimate, on any level…so truthfully speaking, I could’ve probably benefited from a 5 day course.

    Class was awesome! I still need practice on roofs but other than the roof part I feel pretty confident using the software now. The two things I was nervous with were sketch and roofs. I still need to get a handle on roofs but the other sketch I am good and being in building all the other stuff is pretty easy. Thank you! (You are extremely patient!)

    Nadine was amazing! With a class of over 30 people she was very patient and took the time to answer any and all questions while still keeping us all on track. Really enjoyed her teaching style and enthusiasm!

    I think it’s a really good course. I’ve taken some other insurance courses but this was definitely one of the better ones.

    the course was extremely long and should be consolidated the questions on the practice exam helped me but the grammar should be adjusted to more resemble the test.

    I really had hoped I would retain more than I did, but unfortunately my instructor seemed flustered and overwhelmed and kind of all over the place.She definitely did the best she could and it was a great class, I love the work book and the ability to still practice once the course ends, but I would have liked to be able to have all of my questions answered like everyone else. It made me feel not apart of the class nor comfortable to ask further questions. I was disappointed .

    I found the class helpful and well-structured overall. the instructor covered key fundamentals clearly, however for me the pace felt a bit too fast at times, the content was solid but additional depth and extended hands exercises would have made it better in my opinion in additional practice time would greatly enhance the learning process.
