    I think overall this course is very in depth and covers a lot of ground. The only issue I had was the questions on the state exam were much more confusing than those of the AdjPro practice exams.

    some things introduced out of order, can at least more specify when things will be explained later so I didn’t feel like I missed something, or can know “don’t think about this too much about this part yet” or something

    Course information is dated. The questions on the state exam didn’t correspond to the information in the course.

    Your Kentucky Adjuster Prep does not prepare someone for Workers Compensation, I will have to find another resource that can prepare me for my state exam.

    There were some practice questions in the curriculum that did not make sense, or there was no answer that made sense for how the question was worded. Also, there was some material that seemed like it was never covered. Overall, it was a tremendous amount of material to cover and the course did it really well. I appreciate having been prepared for the test, and to have passed it.

    Three stars because I do not feel like the test actually test you on the given information. For people who are visual learners and cant read in between the lines it makes it hard to maintain an absorb the information.

    There was an area in the pre-course material where the slide would not complete, and I had to move past it MULTIPLE times without getting credit for doing it. So frustrating!

    Some of the information was repetitive but it had to be listened to so it took more time to get through the course. Instead of this, can you have a vocabulary list of previous information for each sections.

    Because MN uses a PSI course, it would be good to use the same terms that PSI uses in this training. For example, it uses DP, instead of HO.
